On Saturday February 27, 2010, Tennessee MUFON held a special monthly meeting featuring a lecture on Mars exploration by MUFON member Marvin Hilton.

Marvin gave an exciting presentation outlining what he believes the real reasons should be for landing on the red planet to conduct scientific exploration. According to Marvin: "The real reason for landing humans on Mars and investigating UFOs is to discover the truth about who we are."

In addition to being a MUFON member, Marvin also belongs to the Mars Society, The Planetary Society, Team Seti, The National Space Society, and The World Future Society.

Marvin argues that the cold, dusty terrain of Mars could harbor untold secrets about the nature of our existence. In addition, putting forth the effort to investigate these possibilities could also lead to scientific discoveries that could benefit life on Earth in a myriad of ways.

Marvin's insightful presentation illustrated the possibilities that Mars exploration could help mankind unlock answers to some of the most mysterious questions about the world we live in today.


The presentation gave us an exciting look into the ways that Mars exploration could connect us with evidence of UFOs, extraterrestrial life, and our own place in the universe.
